CUST Admission 2025 starts on 25th May 2025, and the last date to apply is 30th June 2025. The university follows a semester system, meaning admissions are held twice annually, once for the Fall semester and once for the Spring semester. However, it’s important to note that engineering programs are available only for fall intake.

Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduates
- BS Electrical Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Civil Engineering and BS Computer Engineering Programs require a minimum of 60% marks in Intermediate or equivalent with Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical or ICS with the combination of Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science or D.A.E in a relevant discipline.
- BS Computer Science, BS Artificial Intelligence, BS Software Engineering, BS Cyber Security and BS Robotics and Intelligent Systems programs require a minimum of 50% marks in Intermediate or equivalent with Mathematics. (Pre – Medical candidates can apply as well)
- BS Mathematics with Data science requires minimum of 50% marks in Intermediate or equivalent with Mathematics.
- Pharm.D. requires a minimum of 60% marks in Intermediate or equivalent with Pre-Medical.
- BS Medical Lab Technology, BS Biochemistry and BS Biotechnology programs require a minimum of 45% marks in Intermediate or equivalent with Pre-Medical.
- BS Psychology, BS English, BS Accounting & Finance, BS Business Analytics, BS Aviation Management, and BBA programs require a minimum of 45% marks in Intermediate or equivalent.
- Associate Degree Programs require a minimum of 45% marks in intermediate or equivalent. (Candidates desirous of joining ADP in CS must have studied Math at the intermediate level).
Post-Graduates
For students seeking admission to MBA, MS, and Ph.D. programs, the eligibility criteria are as follows:
- The MBA program requires a 16-year degree with a minimum 2.00/4.00 CGPA or 50% marks in the annual system.
- MS/MPhil programs require a relevant 16-year degree with a minimum 2.00/4.00 CGPA or 50% marks in the annual system.
- PhD programs require an MS/MPhil degree with a minimum 3.00/4.00 CGPA or 60% marks in the annual system (Valid GAT subject/HEC approved test is required with a minimum of 60% marks).
