University Of Health Sciences Lahore Admission 2024 25
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have completed FSc (Pre-Medical) or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 60% marks is required in the FSc or equivalent exam.
- Applicants must have appeared in the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT).

Punjab Domicile Requirement
- A Punjab domicile is mandatory for public sector medical and dental college applications.
- ID cards, B-form, passport, or birth certificates are not accepted as substitutes.
- A domicile application receipt or a parent’s domicile is also not acceptable.
Educational Documents
- Attested Matriculation and FSc (Pre-Medical) certificates are required from the respective boards.
- Foreign qualification holders (A-levels, etc.) must provide an IBCC Equivalence Certificate for 10th and 12th grades.
Identity Documents
- Submit one of these: CNIC, NICOP, POC, B-form, or passport.
- Upload one parent’s ID as well.
- Pakistani students abroad need to provide Iqama, Residence Permit, Green Card, or Foreign Passport.
- Expired documents are not accepted.

- For quota seats, additional documents will be required (check prospectus/website).
