The National Talent Hunt Program NTHP Result 2025 has been officially announced by the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi. Candidates who appeared for the NTHP Test on April 13, 2025, can now check the final list of shortlisted candidates on the official IBA website at www.nthp.iba.edu.pk. The results were revealed on April 30, 2025, and can be accessed using the candidate’s name, roll number, or CNIC.

IBA NTHP Result 2025
The goal of the NTHP is to support deserving students and offer them the resources to excel in higher education. Over the past year, the program has helped over 400 students gain access to world-class academic opportunities.
IBA Talent Hunt Program 2025 Result
Those who pass the NTHP test will be invited for a telephone interview. Based on the interview outcomes, candidates will proceed to the NTHP orientation training, which is a joint initiative between IBA Karachi and the Ihsan Trust. The program is available to students from all across Pakistan, with the NTHP team visiting 119 districts annually to identify potential candidates.

The NTHP exam consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) focused on English grammar and mathematics, based on the Matriculation and HSSC-I curriculum. To be eligible, candidates must have completed their HSSC Level-I exams in 2025 or be set to take the HSSC-II exam in 2025, with a minimum 70% average.

Eligibility for the Qarz-e-Hasna grants is determined with the input of the IBA Financial Services Committee. The grant does not cover the summer term, and priority is given to students from rural areas, including Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir, who face financial barriers preventing them from applying to IBA.

The IBA NTHP Merit List 2025, which includes the results of the test, can be accessed online. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by phone for an interview. Based on the interview outcome, some students will be invited to participate in the NTHP orientation.

To prepare for the IBA Aptitude Test for undergraduate programs, selected students undergo a two-month intensive training program. During this period, they receive free accommodation on IBA campuses and engage in mentoring sessions with NTHP alumni and faculty members. The program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the IBA Aptitude Test. In the previous year, around 400 students benefited from the NTHP Scholars Program.
